We're looking for creative photographs that capture the whimsy, imagination, and charm of Alice in Wonderland through themed settings, props, backdrops, tea parties, gardens, storybook scenes, and other imaginative elements.

Eligibility

The Bunny Expo Photo Contest ("Contest") is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Contest Theme

Photos should be inspired by the whimsical world of Alice in Wonderland and may feature themed settings, props, decorations, backdrops, tea parties, gardens, storybook scenes, or other creative interpretations of the theme.

Costumes and accessories are permitted but are not required and will not receive special consideration during judging.

Entry Requirements

• Entries must be original photographs submitted by the photographer or copyright owner.
• The entrant must have the legal right to submit the photograph.
• Photos must feature a rabbit.
• Photos must not contain copyrighted materials, logos, watermarks, or content owned by another party without permission.
• Entries must be submitted through the official contest entry form.

Animal Welfare

The Bunny Expo is committed to promoting responsible rabbit care and welfare.

Photos depicting rabbits in unsafe, stressful, restrictive, harmful, neglectful, or inappropriate situations may be disqualified at the sole discretion of event organizers.

The safety, comfort, and well-being of all rabbits must be prioritized during the creation of submitted photographs.

Judging

Entries will be evaluated based on creativity, theme interpretation, originality, visual appeal, and overall impact.

Judging will be conducted by representatives selected by The Bunny Expo.

All decisions are final.

Prizes

One or more winners may be selected.

The Grand Prize Winner will receive a Bunny Expo Prize Pack.

Additional prizes, honorable mentions, or special recognitions may be awarded at the discretion of event organizers.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

The Bunny Expo reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.

Photo Usage Rights

Entrants retain ownership of their submitted photographs.

By submitting an entry, participants grant The Bunny Expo, Puffball Paradise Rabbit Sanctuary, event sponsors, promotional partners, and affiliated organizations a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works from submitted photographs for promotional, educational, marketing, advertising, fundraising, social media, website, print, merchandise, and other event-related purposes.

No additional compensation shall be owed for such use.

Merchandise Consideration

Winning and selected entries may be incorporated into future Bunny Expo merchandise, promotional materials, marketing campaigns, publications, and event displays.

Selection for merchandise use does not guarantee additional compensation beyond any contest prizes awarded.

Publicity Release

By entering the Contest, participants grant permission for The Bunny Expo to use their name, city/state, rabbit's name, photograph, and submitted materials for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Bunny Expo, Puffball Paradise Rabbit Sanctuary, sponsors, volunteers, venue partners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in the Contest or the use of submitted materials.

Right to Modify or Cancel

The Bunny Expo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest, alter contest deadlines, or amend these rules at any time if circumstances make such action necessary.

Acceptance of Rules

Submission of an entry constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Terms and Conditions.
